Buyers may or may not pay some customs fees or import duty according to the customs stipulations in this country. Besides the common ways to avoid tax( declare a small value, write personal gift or not to use express shipping) I would like to share my experience:
1-Italian or German customs has been difficult. They may require buyer to show the payment proof.
solution A: make the payment in 2 parts. One for a small value and one for the rest.
solution B: insist on the package is a personal gift from a good friend in China, which is for your birthday.
2-Never use EMS to German. Packages to Germany will be handled to a basterd company who will charge you god know how much extra.
3-EMS is general safer than TNT because TNT is obssessed wth payment proof.
But TNT is faster
4-the cusotms may impose tax on quantity instead of value.
solution: If you don't mind pay a little more for postage, divide a big order into several small packages.
